Orkney Island – Brough of Birsay Coastal Walk – Virtual Walk Walking Treadmill Video
We took a road (and ferry) trip north to Orkney Islands and I was able to get three walks in. This first one is along the northern coast near the Brough of Birsay. We saw arctic terns and gulls and the Whale Bone as well as cows and sheep and STUNNING views. The wind was strong but hopefully not to bad with the audio. We were staying in our Vacation Rental accommodation nearby. At this far north lattitude, the sun is out until almost midnight but it makes the colors so vibrant.
