We had a great time exploring the lake side gem of Northern Idaho’s panhandle. The boardwalk was something new and different as well. Although the clouds had rolled in, the area was still beautiful. That said, I’d prefer to swim on a warmer day. Coeur D’Alene has a lot of cool restaurants and hotels and a large casino. It’s a great place to walk and explore. It would be even better if we had a boat. So it goes.

Coeur D’alene Floating Boardwalk – Virtual Treadmill Walking Tour and Exploration – 4K – City Walks

A couple mornings after our last Coeur D’Alene walk along Sherman Avenue, I did another walk around the floating boardwalk that surrounds the marina at the Coeur D’Alene Resort hotel. We started out at Independence Point and a sculpture of a Moose. Then we head over to the Coeur D’Alene Resort and Spa. We take you around the marina on the floating boardwalk. We finish up in the downtown part of the city. The weather was a bit overcast but the smoke was still missing. We got some good views of the lake as well.
