Today’s virtual walk takes us on a chilly winter morning stroll through the Idaho State University campus in Pocatello. The air is crisp, our breath visible in the cold, and the quiet pathways of campus give us a great opportunity to explore one of Idaho’s important educational hubs.
We’ll pass by the Idaho Museum of Natural History, a place that holds fascinating exhibits on the natural and cultural history of the region. From there, the walk winds past several campus halls, the Bengal Theater, and even the outdoor Red Hill Trail, where the red earth and rocky slopes rise above the school. We’ll also take a look at the library, a central gathering spot for students, and wander through the Student Union, which provides a warm refuge from the winter chill.
