Spokane, Washington Virtual Treadmill Walking Tour
Hello Walkers,
Today’s walk takes us to Spokane, Washington for a peaceful early morning stroll through the city. I filmed this virtual treadmill walk on a quiet Sunday in May, just before we headed off to Europe for the summer via Seattle. We had a little time to spare, so I took the opportunity to explore Spokane’s downtown—and I’m glad I did.
I haven’t spent much time in Spokane before, but the downtown area has a great vibe. The streets were nearly empty that morning, with just a few joggers here and there, which made for a calm and relaxing walk. There are some beautiful old buildings and a few really nice hotels in the area. We stayed at the Holiday Inn Express on the north side of the Spokane River, which turned out to be a great base for a short stay.
