VR Horseback Riding at Elkhorn Ranch in Arizona – 5K VR Dude Ranch Trail Ride Experience
Ok. This one is a bit closer to walking but still a ways away. A much longer video this time too.
We were lucky enough to spend a week at Elkhorn Ranch outside of Tucson AZ in January (https://elkhornranch.com/). Mostly I just enjoyed time with the family but I did manage to break out the Insta360 One X2 one afternoon. We get some niche mountain views in this one and I really enjoyed the experience. Elkhorn is incredibly quiet and laid back and the staff were wonderful helping us less experienced riders. They even have a hiking guide if that’s your thing. My two boys even felt comfortable enough to go on rides without their parents (but with wranglers) which was great to see.
This part of Arizona is part of the Sonoran Desert. It’s also not far from Saguaro National Park.
