Livingston Montana USA – April 23 – Mayors Landing – Virtual Treadmill Scenery Walk
Hello Walkers,
Today’s virtual treadmill scenery walk takes us back to beautiful Livingston, Montana for another look at this charming little town tucked between the mountains and the Yellowstone River. In this outing, we explore the quieter southeast side of town, starting at the Shane Lalani Center for the Arts, where renovations on the new theater space were underway—an exciting project that deserves a follow-up visit soon so you can see how fantastic it’s shaping up.
From there, we head down past the fairgrounds and the historic rodeo arena, areas full of that classic Montana character. Then it’s on to Mayor’s Landing, a beloved local dog park and river access spot where Fleshman’s Creek flows into the mighty Yellowstone River. It’s a peaceful area with wide skies, gentle trails, and some lovely views across the water.
Unfortunately, my camera decided to quit just shy of the finish line—but that just sets us up nicely for the next walk, where we’ll pick up right where we left off.
